Dear Peter
We are writing to formally confirm your submission of the draft Copmanthorpe Neighbourhood Plan under Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations on 29 January 2025.
We have reviewed the submission and confirm that it includes a map of the neighbourhood plan area, a consultation statement, the Plan itself, and a basic conditions statement and therefore meets the requirements to move on to the next submission consultation stage.
In accordance with Reg 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations we are now preparing to take the draft Plan out for a minimum 6 week consultation of residents and businesses within the Parish before progressing to independent examination. We will be in touch during the consultation period to agree details of the examiner and timescales.
We would also like to take this opportunity to recognise the significant work that you have put into the Neighbourhood Plan up to this point and look forward to working with you throughout the examination process.
